Best practice makes perfect

June 27, 2022 by Cris 2 Comments

My dearest reader,

I would like to invite you to build a small habit. You decide what it is that you would like to change in your daily nutrition or daily life.

practice

An easy example I could think of is creating a morning ritual. Maybe you like to go for a run or a bike ride. Or, maybe you like to meditate or why not enjoy a healthy breakfast. Whatever it is that makes you feel supercharged, kickstart your day with that habit. And do it as often as possible.

Developing any kind of habits require determination, patience and constant effort. Maybe it’ll take just a few months or maybe more than a year, it doesn’t matter how long it takes to build the habit as long as you don’t give up.

Let’s make a habit today. And be consistent. Do it as often as possible. Find a regular routine that works best for you. Ultimately, consistency is key, so do what works for you.

Stay healthy and be happy,

Cris

I was excited to see a new blog post from you pop up in my inbox! Good to read đŸ™‚

I agree, new habits take time but can bring about great results.

Now when I start work I’ve made it a habit to leave my phone on the other side of my office and don’t touch it for an hour. I’m definitely more productive, it’s great.
